State Clinic Cruise Time -
The clock is ticking down. It is time for the final plans. I will endeavor to cover everything that the committee needs to know in order to not as they say "go back to the well" over and over. So here goes.
Dates of Cruise: Saturday, June 5, 2010 leave Mobile at 4:00 PM and return on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 9:00 AM.

The package includes:
- 5 - Night Cruise to Mexico with 2 days at sea
- Port Charges and Government Fees
- All meals including fine dining, late-night buffets, and 24-hour pizzeria
- 24-hour complimentary Room Service
- Captain's Cocktail Party and Gala Dinner
- Nightly musical production and other headline entertainment
- Pre Paid Gratuities
All cabins reserved by MSUSAG are ocean view cabins.
Payment Schedule: All monies paid are fully refundable up to April 1, 2010.
After April, the charge is $50.00 to do a name change - i.e., the person originally going with you cannot go, you may replace them for a $50.00 charge.
Proof of Citizenship: Everyone will need either a valid passport or a certified birth certificate with a state issued picture ID. Anyone 15 and under will not need the picture ID but will be required to have their certified birth certificate.
Trip Insurance: Ages 34 and under - $48.00
Ages 35 - 59 - $59.00
Ages 60 and above - $73.00
Those who indicate there intended participation by providing the above information to the state office, and are unable to attend, full payment for the price of the cruise is to be reimbursed to MS USAG.
Should a participant fail to be able to participate in the cruise and does not have trip insurance, that participant can petition the MS USAG SAC for special considerations for non-repayment, i.e. sudden illness, death in family, etc.
These deadlines are of the utmost importance. Please get your info to me asap.

HELLO EVERYONE! Yes, summer vacation is over and it all starts again. Got back from National Congress in Dallas Monday night. Deb Walls, TG, and I opted to drive rather than fly. MS USAG received a multitude of compliments on Level 9 Easterns from people I saw that had attended. Other than classes, I attended the Hall of Fame Luncheon, the SACC Appreciation Reception, and the SACC workshop. Those I saw in attendance from Mississippi were representatives from: Elite Gymnastics, ConXion Gymnastics, Olympic Warrior, Brook-Lin Gymnastics, Delta Explosion, and Meridian Gymnastics. Judges: Laurie Moore, Pat Gray, and Kristin Byars. If I missed someone, I apologize.
