One way they will be published is in Adobe PDF. Each of these files will be marked with the Adobe PDF icon you see here Adobe PDF Document. You have two means of viewing these files both require downloading and installing Adobe Reader. Please note you should always keep your version of Adobe reader up to date. The files saved on this site are compressed to save space and download time and previous versions of Adobe Reader might not be capable of opening and/or reading these files, so make sure you download the most current version, and Oh by the way it is FREE! Click on the icon below to download the newest version of Adobe Reader. The first method of veiwing the file is simply by clicking on it and the file will open in your Adobe PDF Browser (if you have installed Adobe Reader). The second method of viewing the file is by right clicking on the link and selecting "Save Target As..." this will download the file to your computer so you can view it later simply by opening the file.

The second way forms or information will be posted is simply in HTML (Online Form). These forms will be marked with this Online Form icon. This information will be in a format that you submit or will be displayed as text on your screen usually in a "Print Friendly" version.

State Handbook 05-06:

The official handbook of MSUSAG. This file only comes in a PDF version. Each member of the State receives a CD at the start of each new season containing the entire handbook on the CD. We also post "The Book" on the website for fast and easy reference. Please refer to the book for most of your questions concerning the competitive season.
Banner Ad Form:

This form is used to submit an ad for and State Compettion. The form will be slightly altered for each competition as due dates approach. Please note yo can ONLY submit a picture via our online (HTML) form.
State Athlete Registration:

All athletes competing in the State of Mississippi must register online with the state office and pay a competition fee. This is the responsibility of the clubs and not the athletes to register. All Payments must be sent to the State Office by a club check or money order or via online payment through PayPal.
Meet Entry Form:

This form gives clubs anywhere in the country the ability to enter their athletes to any of the competitions in the State of Mississippi that has been approved by the State Committee. On select meets clubs even have the ability to pay their competition fee. If a club attending a meet should prefer to mail their entry to the meet director please use the PDF version.

This form is used for entering your competitor or competitors to any Junior Olympic competition such as level 8, 9, or 10 regionals.
Sophmore / Junior Form

This form is used by the the region to gather information about our optional gymnasts (Level 9 &Above), so they may be recognized at select events.

All coaches that intend on attending gymnastic competitions must be a member of USAG. There are know two types of membership. First there is a Professional Membership that gives the holder all rights of a USAG membership, and second there is an Introductory Membership that allows coaches to be on the competition floor and coach through a level 3 gymnasts. This membership cost only $15.00.

Any athlete intending on competing at any USAG sanctioned event, competing any level, must have a membership with USAG. An athlete's membership must be renewed once a year. Athlete memberships' effective dates are August 1st through July 31st. Athlete's competing levels 1 through 3 can know have an introductory membership as well. This memberships allows the athlete to attend any competition that is inviting those levels to compete. Membership cost is only $15.00 per athlete.

All professional memebers of USAG must take this course every four years to maintain good standing and be allowed on the competition floor of any USAG sacntion event. This exam is available to take as an online course or is offered at most clinics, congresses, and judge's symposiums.

Any gymnastic club or parents organization that wishes to host a JO competition must designate one person as a Meet Director. That person is requirred to take a test given by USAG.
Request a Sanction

Any gymnastic club or parents organization that wishes to host a JO competition must "Request a Sanction" from USAG for the competition. A sanction form provides the enitity hosting the competition with insurance on the athlete attending and the spectators watching. It also assures the attendees that all USAG guidelines will be followed during the competition.
